Terms & Conditions 
Your contract will be with The Adventurer Travel Egypt S.A.E an Egyptian tour operator Licensed. The Adventurer Travel Egypt is a Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (ETAA) for your financial security, also a member in IATA & ASTA international associations.
 To Secure your Payment:
 To secure your payment you must initially notify the company with your request .Then the company representative will discuss & finalize with you the final arrangement & send you the details in the final confirmation. You must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment, as discussed in your details; to the company account by wire transfer or credit card (Visa,  Master, JCB Cards are accepted).
 Amendments by the Client:
Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability at the time of change. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fees will be applied. Except in the flight tickets & train tickets issue there will be an administrative fee.
Payment Policy:
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 % or at 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank or you may send via Western Union or by credit cards (Visa, Master or JCB) and should be received within 7 days of booking.
Cancellation:
Cancellation should be received in writing document ( Email or by fax ) If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applied, If the cancellation is actually received in written form The Adventurer Travel Egypt S.A.E within 07 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 6% of the total amount received as a transaction fees of the bank.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
Between 40 and 30 days 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 29 and 15 days 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 1 and 14 days 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
 
 Refunds:
 
A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds are possible for No-Show

Accommodation:
Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for single occupant is available with an additional supplement. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.
 
Responsibility:
We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Special Requests:
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
 
Children Policy:
 
1st Policy- For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels
0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
2 - 5.99 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost
12+ Are considered adults
 
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
2nd Policy - For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
0 - 5.99 free of charge
6 - 11.99 50 % of total tour cost
12 + are considered adults
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
 
Complaints:
If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (The Adventurer Travel Egypt S.A.E) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has stilled not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent association. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is not the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract, may (if you wish) be referred to the Egyptian Tourism Ministry in Cairo.
 
Acceptance of the agreement:
The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
